David Glass, U.S. Air Force

Ten years of service and four deployments on active-duty from Albuquerque to Afghanistan exposed Technical Sergeant David Glass to challenging situations that tested his stamina, decision making abilities and medical skills. Overseas in Afghanistan, he made it his personal mission to educate villages about the importance of diet, sanitation and hydration.

As a devoted husband and United States Air Force pararescueman reservist continues, he continues as a patient advocate today while earning his medical degree from the University of Illinois. After graduation, David plans to keep giving back as a medical director for Special Operations/Pararescue Forces, ensuring that U.S. troops on the front lines have the most up-to-date medical care available.
